Aware of the situation of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 infection, we recommend the following following the recommendations issued by the Government of Mongolia, the Ministry of Health, and other organizations responsible for public health protection. I, the client, further acknowledge that Steppe Arena LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has taken the following measures to prevent and reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that the Company cannot guarantee that I will not be infected with the Coronavirus/COVID-19 while participating in the event at Steppe Arena (hereinafter the “Event”). I understand that the risk of exposure to and/or transmission of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 at the Event may arise from the actions, omissions, or negligence of me or others attending the Event. I acknowledge that by participating in the event, I am increasing my risk of exposure to the Coronavirus/Covid-19.

I agree that I must follow all established procedures to reduce transmission when participating in the event.

I shall participate in an event only when the following are true:

• I have no symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell.
• I have not traveled abroad in the last 14 days.
• I have not met or been with anyone with a suspected or confirmed case of Coronavirus/Covid-19 in the last 14 days.
• I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 or have been certified as cured by a local health authority after being infected.
• I believe that I can limit my exposure to the Coronavirus/Covid-19 by following all the guidelines recommended by the Ministry of Health as much as possible.

I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, successors, assignees, directors, partners, shareholders, employees, and representatives (collectively, the “Group”) from liability in connection with the foregoing. On behalf of myself, my heirs, or any personal representative against any claims, demands, damages, costs (including Attorneys’ fees), losses, or damages against myself and/or the Company arising out of any act or conduct of, or in connection with, my participation in any action freeing the Group from any problems that may arise. I understand that I hereby release myself, my heirs, or personal representatives, from any claims or liability against the Group for bodily injury, illness, death, treatment problems, or property damage.
