The Steppe Arena strictly adheres to the rules of cleaning and disinfection according to the instructions of the Government of Mongolia, the State Emergency Commission and the National Emergency Management Agency, local police, and health institutions.

High-traffic surfaces such as doorknobs, railings, and platforms are routinely disinfected before, during, and after each event.
After each event, all seating areas are disinfected with sprays and disinfectants approved by the General Agency for Specialized Inspection, and professional organizations.

More than 10 automatic hand sanitizing devices are placed in the lobby area and inside the arena.
The lavatories have soap, faucets, paper towels, and toilets. There are also special units for people with disabilities.
Hygiene reminders from the COVID period such as regular hand washing, keeping distance, and mask usage are posted in visible areas.

All customers, as well as the employees of Steppe Arena, must wear face masks at all times.
All employees were provided with health and safety information and guidelines on the pandemic.
